Anjalie and Ojas wed in Boston, MA at the Intercontinental Hotel where a day of festivities, ceremonies, and celebrations took place. To start off the day the families and couple participated in the Ojas’ baraat with the groom on a white horse!
A wedding rich in details, many of the elements on the day came from India. The bride wore bangles and a silk saree from Banglore and fresh Jasmine was flown in for the wedding.

The elaborate ceremony structure, the mandap, created by Winston Flowers and included the traditional hanging flowers and an expansive stage setup.
During the ceremony, the couple and family partook in several pujas, like the exchanging of garlands.
The families gave the bride and groom a blessing by showering them with rose petals.
Their wedding photographer, Binita Patel gave us an insight into their personalities. “She’s a little bit adventurous, he likes the more familiar. Sure they’re a little bit opposite, but ever since they met back in college, Anjali & Ojas have been each other’s better half. And on the day of their beautiful wedding at the Intercontinental Boston, I could just see how well Anjali & Ojas fit together… like two peas in a pod.”
For the reception, the pink palette took over with beautiful pink and white orchids and roses throughout the ballroom.
Both high and low centerpieces broke up the large room setting and made the night feel a bit more intimate.
And let’s not forget the food! Lavish (and delicious) stations were set to entice the guests with offerings of all kinds.

Overall, a wonderfully sweet wedding and of course, a good time had by all!

Congratulations to the newlyweds!
