Today’s inspiration shoot comes to us from one of Bridal Bar’s own photography duos, Emma + Josh. The pair designed a purple masquerade wedding shoot, just in time for Mardi Gras! The stunning setting was the Sunstone Winery outside Santa Barbara in Santa Ynez wine country where the team captured colorful magic and fabulous couture!
This Reem Acra wedding dress is to die for! Love the color and the way it flows!
Emma shared with us how this shoot idea came to be. “When we were putting together this styled shoot, I knew 1 thing.. I HAD to use Sunstone Winery, an amazing Tuscan Villa in Santa Barbara. I have multiple concept boards on Pinterest for future shoots and I knew right away.. the Masquerade would perfect for this location. I have always loved movies such as Phantom of the Opera, Labyrinth where they have the over the top masquerade balls and I thought the backdrop of the Tuscan Villa set against rolling vineyards would be PERFECT. I contacted a event planner/stylist to help me tie the details together and it resulted in the most extravagant shoots to date.”

For dinner, the couple enjoyed fresh fare and a little fun at the pool table!

Then as night set, the purple tones and dramatic candlelight were brought out to infuse the masquerade mood into the setting.
